電子棋盤 象棋棋譜記錄工具

本應用程式由「一小時知識家」（以下簡稱「我們」）開發與維護。我們重視使用者的隱私權，並致力於以合理且安全的方式處理與本 App 功能相關的資料。本政策說明您使用本 App 時，可能涉及的資料、使用目的、保存方式及您的權利。

一、我們可能處理的資料

1. 儲存在裝置上的 App 資料

依您實際使用功能，本 App 可能在您的裝置上保存下列資料：

• 棋譜、棋局紀錄、棋步、註解與自訂局面。
• 棋友名稱、對局資料與其他由使用者自行輸入的內容。
• AI 對練進度、成就、偏好設定、字體大小與介面設定。
• 殘局題庫、盤面資料，以及您自行匯入的檔案內容。

這些資料主要儲存在使用者自己的裝置上，用於提供 App 功能。您亦可依 App 提供的匯出功能自行備份或轉移相關資料。

2. 裝置與技術資訊

為了讓 App 在不同 Android 裝置、螢幕尺寸及語言環境中正常運作，App 可能使用作業系統提供的基本裝置環境資訊，例如 Android 版本、螢幕尺寸、語言與顯示設定。這些資訊主要用於相容性及介面呈現。

3. 網路與 AI 功能

本 App 的主要棋譜與本機功能可在裝置上運作。若您主動使用需要連線的功能，例如線上棋庫、ChessDB、雲端 Pikafish 或其他由您設定的外部 AI 服務，App 可能會將目前棋盤局面、FEN、搜尋參數或其他完成該功能所必要的技術資料傳送至相應服務。

我們不會為了上述功能主動要求您的身分證字號、金融帳戶、通訊錄、相片、麥克風或精確定位資訊。

4. 分析、廣告及 Firebase

目前版本不以 Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics 或第三方廣告 SDK 進行以使用者為對象的廣告追蹤或行為分析。若未來版本新增相關服務，我們將依實際功能更新本政策及 Google Play 的資料安全性揭露。

二、資料使用目的

• 保存、顯示及管理棋局與棋譜。
• 執行本機或使用者選擇的 AI／棋庫功能。
• 保存使用者偏好、進度與介面設定。
• 改善相容性、穩定性及使用者體驗。
• 處理使用者提出的支援或問題。
• 履行適用法律規定或主管機關依法提出的要求。

三、資料儲存、安全與保存期間

App 內的棋譜、棋友、設定、進度與其他主要資料原則上保存在您的裝置中，保存期間由您使用 App、刪除資料、清除 App 儲存空間或解除安裝 App 的時間決定。

若您自行將資料匯出成檔案，該檔案的保存位置與保存期間由您自行管理。若您使用第三方網路服務，該服務對傳送資料的保存方式可能另受其自身隱私權政策約束。

我們採取合理技術及管理措施降低未經授權存取、洩漏或濫用資料的風險，但任何電子儲存與網路傳輸方式皆無法保證絕對安全。

四、資料分享

我們不會出售、出租或交換您的個人資料。除了您主動使用第三方線上服務時，為完成該功能而傳送必要資料外，原則上不會將您的個人資料提供給第三方。

• 取得您的明確同意。
• 您主動使用第三方服務。
• 為履行法律義務或配合法定程序。
• 為防止詐欺、濫用或保護使用者及開發者的合法權益。

五、兒童隱私權

本 App 並非特別以 13 歲以下兒童為主要設計對象，我們亦不會在知情情況下主動蒐集兒童的個人資料。若您認為有兒童的個人資料遭到不當處理，請聯絡我們，我們將依實際情況處理。

六、使用者權利、資料刪除與控制

由於主要 App 資料保存在您的裝置中，您可透過以下方式控制或刪除資料：

• 使用 App 內提供的刪除、重設或管理功能。
• 刪除自行匯出的備份檔。
• 透過 Android 系統清除本 App 的儲存空間。
• 解除安裝 App，以移除由 App 儲存在裝置內的資料。

如您認為我們另外持有與您相關的資料，或希望提出查詢、更正、停止處理或刪除要求，可透過本政策所列電子郵件與我們聯絡。

七、第三方服務

若您使用 ChessDB、雲端 AI、Pikafish 伺服器或其他外部服務，相關服務可能依其自己的條款與隱私權政策處理必要的連線與技術資料。建議您在使用第三方服務前查閱該服務的相關政策。

八、政策更新

我們可能因 App 功能、法律要求或第三方服務變更而更新本政策。更新後的版本將公布於本頁，並標示最新修訂日期。

Privacy Policy

Electronic Chinese Chess Board / Xiangqi Game Record Tool

This app is developed and maintained by 一小時知識家 (One Hour Knowledge). We respect user privacy and process data only as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the app.

Data handled by the app

Game records, annotations, opponent/friend names entered by the user, AI progress, preferences, puzzle data, imported files and other app content are primarily stored locally on the user's device. The app may use basic device environment information such as Android version, screen size and language settings for compatibility and presentation.

If the user chooses online features such as ChessDB, cloud Pikafish or a user-configured AI endpoint, the current board position, FEN, search parameters or other technical data necessary to perform that feature may be transmitted to the selected external service.

The current version does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics or third-party advertising SDKs for behavioral advertising or user tracking. If this changes, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored app data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears app storage or uninstalls the app. Exported backup files are controlled by the user. Users may contact us regarding any data believed to be held separately by the developer.
